An ex-chef and a sports marketer walk into a cafe...
They got talking and the seeds of The Wild Pet Food Company were planted. Both were looking to reconnect with our beautiful country and thought what better way than to make the outdoors their office!
Glenn Noble
Usually, being a below average sportsman with a passion for sports, means you end up in the office & not on the field. Luckily, Glenn was better at marketing than tackling (mostly with his head), having spent the last 10 years working with some of the coolest athletes and teams going around. With a passion for the outdoors and our four-legged pals, making pet food with a purpose was an awesome an opportunity to combine the two. Together with Joe, The Wild Pet Food Co. was born. The rest is history.

Joe O'Connell
Hailing from North Taranaki, Joe is a chef by trade with around 20 years working in kitchens around New Zealand and the UK. He's got a keen passion for sustainable cooking, animals of all shapes and sizes and loves getting outside into nature. Combining all three made getting into making pet food with a purpose a no brainer.
